Due to the delicate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our items, including tiaras, crowns, and accessories.

 

Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, we encourage you to contact us prior to purchasing. Our customer service team is here to help you make the best selection.

 

If you receive a damaged item, we will happily send you a replacement item if you send us a picture within 24 hours of delivery to show proof of the damage. If the item is not in stock, we will issue a refund.
