PLEASE READ OUR SHIPPING POLICY IN FULL BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. Your order will be processed the following business day.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Tiaras and Crowns World business hours are MON- FRI 10AM -7PM Saturday - 10AM - 6PM Sunday 12PM - 5PM CT.
We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays. All online orders received before 3:00 pm are processed within 48 hours. Payment processing time varies.
The standard processing time for most products, including accessories, crowns, and tiaras, is 5-7 business days after payment processing. Orders typically ship out before the standard processing time, but please allow for the shipping time based on your selected shipping method. PLEASE SHIP TO A VALID ADDRESS.
We DO NOT ship orders on weekends or holidays. Any orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm CT will be processed on the next business day (Monday). It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline for receiving your products, please order well in advance to allow for potential delays that may be beyond our control.
During sales events, processing and shipping times may be extended. Your patience during these periods is greatly appreciated.
We may ship some packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. If you are not available to sign for your package, please ensure someone else is. USPS or UPS will typically make several delivery attempts. They may also leave a notice of their attempts at the delivery address and provide a contact number to arrange for pickup or an alternate delivery date. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pickup if necessary. Please note that no refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. If an order is returned to us, you must pay for the order to be reshipped.
